Get Timeshape

Timeshape is available for iOS. Download it from the App Store, where you can also check for updates.

Email support@timeshape.app with any question, problem, or idea. We read every message and usually reply within two business days.

Reporting a problem

If something isn't working, include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, your device model, and your iOS and Timeshape versions. A screenshot can help; leave out any personal information you don't want to share. If the app crashed, describe what you were doing just before it happened.

If there's something you wish Timeshape did, or a way it gets in your way, write to us. Your feedback helps us decide what to build next.

For information about website data, support messages, and previous launch-list signups, read our privacy notice. For help with your app data or a privacy request, email support@timeshape.app and tell us what you need help with.

Previously joined the launch list?

You no longer need to wait for an invitation: you can download Timeshape now. Emails from the launch list include an unsubscribe link at the bottom that removes your address immediately. If the link doesn't work, or if someone entered your address without your knowledge, email support@timeshape.app.
