Timeshape is now available on the App Store. This notice covers our website, support messages, and information submitted to the launch list before release.

Website and support

The website no longer asks you to join a waitlist. You can follow the App Store link without providing an email address to us. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond to your request.

Previous launch-list signups

If you joined the launch list before release, the signup record contains your email address, the time you joined, and the version of this notice you agreed to. The signup record does not include your IP address or browser user agent.

Why we collect it

Addresses collected before release were provided for two emails: a welcome email with the printable weekly tracker, and the launch notification promised on the signup form. We do not use the waitlist for newsletters, profiling, or advertising, and we do not sell the data.

Service providers

The Timeshape website runs on Cloudflare, which stores previous launch-list records and processes the technical data needed to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Our emails are sent through Resend.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It may process information about your browser and device, approximate location, pages visited, and how you arrived here.

Launch-list retention

We will delete the waitlist within 30 days after sending the launch notification, unless we must retain a limited record for legal or abuse-prevention reasons.

Your choices

You can remove your address at any time using the unsubscribe link in a launch-list email, or by emailing support@timeshape.app. If someone entered your address without your knowledge, the same link removes it immediately.
